We’re proud to share that Valagro Biologicals (Syngenta) has officially opened its new state-of-the-art biologicals production facility — and Thompson Turner Construction was honored to serve as the general contractor for this incredible project.
This innovative facility is designed to produce up to 16,000 tons of plant biostimulants annually, with plans to nearly double that by 2028. With features like improved automation, a zero-wastewater system, and hurricane-resistant structures, it sets a new standard in sustainable agriculture.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster and Syngenta CEO Jeff Rowe, marked a major milestone for both agricultural innovation and local economic development.
